Tucked into Birmingham's eastside, 40 Childcare Learning Center is a Christian, family-run second home to neighborhood families. We believe children grow best when they feel safe, loved, and free to play — grounded in the gentle teachings of faith.

Our story.
40 Childcare Learning Center was built on a simple idea: every child deserves a place that feels like home — warm, playful and full of grown-ups who genuinely love what they do — and love the Lord.
Our teachers are early-childhood pros who blend nurturing care with hands-on learning and gentle Christian values. From tummy-time giggles in the infant room to kindergarten-prep adventures in pre-K, we meet every child exactly where they are.
Above all, we are a community. We open the day with a simple prayer, share Bible stories at circle time, and celebrate first steps, first words and first friendships right alongside you. Live cameras in every classroom mean parents always have peace of mind.
